Joshua's First Birthday!

Yesterday March 7th we were able to go to Pat's house for a party for Joshua. Chris is starting a new schedule for work that is 2-12 Friday through Monday and I'm sad to lose him on the weekends! This was our last fun full Saturday together for awhile. Pat can sure throw a great party!
The theme was Mickey Mouse. The Rapier family is all ears!

Blogging Goals

My Goal with this Blog is not to just post pictures with little captions but to write more too. Tuesday is library day. Alex and I go to the library and get books and DVDs. Today was nice because I enjoyed my little boy so much. He laughed audibly today more than I've ever heard him laugh and when I gave him his tummy time he tried sooo hard to crawl but couldn't quite get moving. I won't be surprised if he starts scooting along within a month or two. I'm also realizing that I need to get baby proofing and I would appreciate any tips that you could give me. Hope everyone is having a great March so far...

Visiting the Nilssons and LeSueurs

We took a little trip to Holbrook the weekend of February 21st and 22nd. We had a lot of fun with them and here is a cute picture of Julie giving Amy a piggyback ride.
We also got to visit Justin, Ana Paula and Joshua!
Chris took about 30 pictures of the wall where Mike measures everyone's height. I asked him to take the pictures on this trip and I thought he would get everyone but I think he was just too fascinated by this wall.

Alex is giggling here. Chris and I did everything we could to make him laugh. He is such a happy baby and he smiles and laughs a lot. We wanted to capture that on film.

Alex Flipped Over!!

He did it! He flipper over on Dec 30 2008 at 3 months of age.
